Step 1 – Fill Out the Application Form

Step 2 – Schedule an Interview
After receiving your application, our team will contact you to arrange an interview (online or in person).
- Explain the course structure and schedule
- Discuss your background, goals, and expectations
- Check if the program is a good match for you
- Answer any questions you may have
Step 3 – Confirm Your Place with a 50% Deposit
Once you are accepted:
- You receive an official acceptance email and invoice
- You pay a 50% deposit to secure your seat in the course
- The remaining 50% is paid on the first day of the course
Step 4 – Practical Preparation & ED Visa
After your deposit is received, we support you with the practical steps to get ready:
- Guidance on Education (ED) Visa application
- Documents needed from you (passport copy, photos, etc.)
- Coordination with the university / school for visa documents
- Advice on travel plans and basic arrival information
